Warranty, repair and return of goods

Warranty:
All goods are covered by a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects (Section 620 et seq. of the Civil Code). The batteries are guaranteed for 6 months.

Returns:
You can return any goods that are unsatisfactory for any reason within 14 days from purchase, undamaged in the original packaging and with all accessories. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs. Fill out the Withdrawal from Contract form - downloadable HERE, and send it together with the return package.

If the goods are not damaged, we will gladly exchange them for a more suitable product, or refund your money. Do not send the goods back using a cash on delivery service - we do not accept such shipments, and will return it as unsolicited mail. When returning goods, do not forget to include a copy of the invoice or receipt, your name, address, phone number or email, and information on whether you are requesting an exchange of the goods or a refund. If you request a refund by bank transfer, please indicate your account number. If the goods are not in their original packaging when they are returned, or if they are damaged or dirty, we will return them to you, and you will be asked to cover the postage costs.

Warranty claims:
We reserve a period of 30 days for processing warranty claims. You can either bring the items you wish to claim in person to our address or send them by post. Include the Warranty Claim form – downloadable HERE – with the package. The repaired item will be prepared for pickup or sent to your address at no additional cost.

Repair:
For goods no longer covered by the warranty period, bring the items that need repair in person to our address or send them by post. Include the Repair of Goods form – downloadable HERE – with the package.

Do not forget to include your name, address, phone number or email with the package, and let us know whether you want to us to send the goods back via cash on delivery, or if you will pick your parcel up in person.
